Well, if I had to give any constructive criticism... Regarding the alien bird chick: I think the edges of the mouth could be sharpened up. That is the inside where the upper and lower beak meet. In the side profile, it looks like they mold together and are not two separate pieces. The "Pinch" tool is especially useful for getting those sharp edge. Additionally, the "Move" tool could be used to squish the vertices together to give you more to work with.
On the green alien I think some of the areas where you used some sort of mask to color with could be blended a bit more. With those masks they tend to give a really spotty look unless you go back and tone it down a tiny bit. Definitely creepy :3 kyaaah~!!
