hey allan, i like the over all feel of this guy. dont forget to really sharpen up and pop important areas so your eyes snap to those places of higher contrast. so the nostrils should have a bit more crispness to them and the same with around the mouth. also your eye lids and sockets could use some love, looks kind of funky atm
I really like the way you do your wrinkley bits :D They're very soft and naturalistic. I do agree with the eye lids needing some work, particularly the top lid. It could probably be rounded out to indicate the eyeball beneath more, which may also help it work better with the brow
