Here's a test of the lowpoly cobblestones, I still have another variation baking. Don't really like the textures i got from polypaint so I'll hopefully get around to photoshop.
Polypaint? I have a bunch of alphas Gavin downloaded for me. Several of them are "Cracks" and "Stone." If you want them, let me know. They're real easy to import and will make your job a lot easier. There's even a bunch of skin textures, too!

you could try making some dirt or grunge brushes for zbrush to paint with. give it that photoshop feel.
