His chest is too long, it makes his torso look short. His legs are too thin, you need to put more girth in his thighs. And his shins are too long, as it is he stands 9 heads tall, the anatomical ideal would be 7.5 to 8. Also, if this is an athletic male his torso needs to be shaped like a "V." Widen his upper body, namely his "wings." I think the muscle group is called the "Latissimus Dorsi" and the "Serratus Anerior".
all very good critiques dave. on top of what dave said, he still seems hunched over a bit.
you said you were going to be stylizing him a bit, hence the thin legs. find some other models or concepts that have a similar stylization to them and use that as a reference point. http://grassetti.cgsociety.org/gallery/733338/ this guy may be a good start for you. also a good marker to hit form and quality wise http://grassetti.cgsociety.org/gallery/733338/
Aw man, Dave hit all the major critiques! >.< Besides agreeing with Dave on all those pointers, I think it would be nice to have like a "Ken doll crotch" to your character just so it would be a bit easier to define things around that area. Even though your arms are a bit long they look REALLY nice. If you were going to stylize him, make sure you push the stylization. Good Luck and it looks nice so far :) Keep it up!
